Our workouts are different every day. You have lots of different body parts so lets use them all.
This is the one that scares people off but there’s one very important thing to remember.
Intensity is relative.
You work as hard as YOU can not as hard as the person who has been training for 5 years.
We will scale the workout to match your level all you got to do is try your best.
Monday to Friday our class times are 10am, 5:30pm and 7pm
Saturday class times are 9am and 11am
Sunday open gym 9am-12pm
