The purpose of Cross Box Bootcamp is not only to help clients learn the fundamentals of boxing, from the right stance to hand positions and footwork to combinations. But it is also going to help improve all around fitness and mental toughness. Flexibility is improved with more co-ordination in body movement including hands, feet and eyes.
Cross Box Bootcamp incorporates many different techniques and exercise from a boxing class to get you in shape. This program will also be designed to help improve overall body strength and help tone your whole body.
You will manage this buy doing a number of different types of circuits in a Bootcamp style routine keeping things at a high intensity improving all around fitness. You will use a number of pieces of equipment such as Kettlebells, TRX, Bodyweight, RIP 60 etc.
Like any Boxing class you will also be brought through a core session helping improve your body’s core strength.
