Circuit Training classes are very popular here at FIT Studios. In circuit training situations we have literally endless variations and combinations to always keep the classes interesting and challenging. You may have 4 lower body exercises in a row or you may have 1 upper body , 1 for your core followed by 3 cardio…You just don’t know! Our trainers put a lot of time into programming your classes so that it’s progressive, fun and suitable.
